TRANSITIONAL GROUP HOME - KING HOUSE
The transitional program is located in a residential community and provides two separate treatment options. The first option is designed for first-time out-of-home placements, the second being for youth transitioning from a more secure residential program into a less restrictive community based program.
In this program the students have multiple opportunities for continuing their education: Mt. Clemens High School, Clinton Dale Adult Education and Macomb County Community College. Students can work toward a high school diploma or recieve a GED. Through our relationships with local businesses we are able to provide our clients with valuable work experiences. GENERAL RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT-CLINTON CAMPUS (Male)
Designed for male youth 13-17 years old who are adjudicated delinquent and require out of home placement. The treatment program is a peer oriented, group model and includes group and family therapy. STABILIZATION GROUP TREATMENT - ST. VINCENT HOME (A/N-Male)
This program is designed to prepare young men for permanency. Offered at St. Vincent Home in Saginaw, this is a short-term residential program that provides strength-based life strategies to acquire emotional, behavioral, relational and educational stabilization. STABILIZATION GROUP TREATMENT -ST. VINCENT HOME (A/N-Female)
Hope Hall provides behavior stabilization through a structured, therapeutic environment in which girls are aided in identifying, practicing and processing healthy alternative behaviors. Services include mental health, trauma, substance abuse, and sexually reactive individual counseling, group therapy, family education and counseling services. Individual relapse prevention and aftercare plans are developed in preparation for a successful transition back into the community. For complete program description click here.
MOTHER-BABY PROGRAM - ST. VINCENT HOME (A/N-Female)
This program is designed to meet the needs of the teen mother, her child and her family. All teen mom’s receive individual, group and family therapy. For teen mom’s that need a little extra support, supplemental substance abuse and mental health therapy by our community partners is provided on-site, and trauma therapy is provided in the community.
The Joy Hall program offers a licensed on-grounds daycare providing developmentally appropriate services for infants and children. The children take part in daily activities that include large motor, sensory motor, literacy, small motor, outdoor play, and art. Each child is referred for Early-On assessment and services upon arrival. Mother/child center time is provided so that mother's and children can interact together in the daycare space. Family education for relatives of the teen mom’s, or father’s of the children is provided monthly at St. Vincent Home. A medical and dental clinic is located on site.

SECURE TREATMENT PROGRAM-ST. THOMAS (JJ-Male)
This program is designed to provide secure residential treatment to males 13-17 years old. Group work is the primary format for treatment interventions. This model assists clients with relationships, social skills, problem solving, life skills and working effectively with others. Family therapy is made available on a bi-weekly basis that addresses issues impacting the family system to support the youth's transition back into the community. SEX OFFENDER TREATMENT-CLINTON CAMPUS/ST. VINCENT (JJ-Male)
This program, offered at two locations, is designed for male youth ages 13-17, who have been adjudicated for a sexual offense and/or who have a history of sexually reactive behavior. The treatment model includes group and family therapy by clinicians especially trained in sexual offender treatment. Youth attend an on grounds school supported by the local school district. Family therapy includes case management services in the community to make sure that both the youth and family have the supports they need to increase the likelihood of successful community reintegration. COGNITIVELY IMPAIRED PROGRAM - CLINTON CAMPUS (JJ-Male)
This program is designed for male youth 13-17 years old who have been adjudicated for delinquent behavior, but who are certified EMI and have IQ scores in the 55-69 range. The treatment model includes individual, group and family therapy; and a token economy model is used to reinforce more adaptive behaviors. The family component includes family therapy, and family education/support groups. Youth attend an on-grounds school supported by the local school district. SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES - CLINTON CAMPUS (JJ-Male)
Holy Cross Children's Services Substance Abuse Unit (90 day program) provides group, individual and family counseling, guided by an interpersonal and cognitive behavioral treatment approach, which stresses the development of sober living attitudes and relationships. Services promote the development of coping and social skills, and support systems for sober and legal lifestyles, using accepted evidence-based best practices.
