Integrated Network of Services

A complete Integrated Network of Services is absolutely necessary to ensure youth and families receive the therapies required to be successful. Youth referred to Holy Cross Children's Services have access to a broad range of services from Secure Residential to Community Based Foster Care. This Intergrated Network of Services is aimed at intervening with youth and families in an effort to shorten residential stays and return youth back to the family preventing execessive out-of-home placement.  If HCCS is unable to meet the therapeutic needs of the clients, we will partner with outside agencies that can assist with continuing therapies to ensure positive outcomes.

HCCS Network of Services is offered throughout the State of Michigan to all youth and their families.
